Sharon Nikaido is a Senior Associate of Sterling Financial Planning, Inc. (SFPI), an Independent Registered Investment Advisor. She joined the firm in 1997. She works closely with the principals of the firm to assist clients with their financial and investment planning needs. She reviews financial planning details for clients who have engaged Sterling for financial planning services. As an insurance producer, she also assists clients with their long-term care and life insurance needs. Ms. Nikaido has been a past speaker at seminars hosted by the Rutgers Cooperative Extension Program of Sussex County, covering topics from long-term care to investing for women. She has also given past presentations on college financial aid.
Ms. Nikaido has completed the Financial Planning program from Fairleigh Dickinson University. This program encompasses the Financial Planning Process, Investments, Income Taxes, Retirement Planning, Employee Benefits, and Estate Planning. She actively serves on committees for the Financial Planning Association of New Jersey.
Ms. Nikaido holds licenses in life, accident and health insurance and offers products in those areas. SFPI offers fee-based investment management services.
Ms. Nikaido is a graduate of California State University at Northridge. She is a long-time New Jersey resident and enjoys skiing and other outdoor activities.
